Developmentally appropriate and evidence-based play therapy approaches used with children ages 3-12yo.

Preteen & teen Therapy

In-Person or Virtual Counseling provided for preteens and teens. I use expressive arts, sandtray and traditional talk therapy, depending to the specific needs of the youth to provide support and healing.

Individual Therapy

Traditional talk therapy, expressive arts and sandtray provided for adults to support personal growth and exploration.

Telehealth

Sometimes getting to a Counseling office is difficult. I offer telehealth counseling services through an online platform for ages 10 and up anywhere in Texas.
