Hi, I’m Quayliah! I provide Counseling & Play Therapy in Mansfield, TX, supporting children, pre-teens, teens, and adults as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I offer play therapy for children and talk-based counseling for teens and adults, helping clients build emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.
I commonly support clients with:
✓ Anxiety & Worry – Helping clients feel calmer and more confident when emotions feel overwhelming.
✓ Emotional Regulation – Supporting children, teens, and adults in understanding and managing feelings.
✓ Behavioral Challenges – Helping children build self-control, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
✓ ADHD & Attention Concerns – Supporting focus, organization, and emotional regulation.
✓ Life Transitions & Stress – Helping clients adjust to changes at home, school, work, or relationships.
✓ Self-Esteem & Confidence – Supporting a stronger sense of self across the lifespan.
✓ Parent Support – Partnering with caregivers to strengthen connection and consistency.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, accepted, and understood, allowing them to express themselves in ways that feel natural and meaningful. Through play, creativity, and conversation, clients can explore emotions, develop coping skills, and grow at their own pace.

My Background & Approach
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, approachable, and tailored to each individual. When working with children, I use play therapy to help them express feelings and experiences in developmentally appropriate ways. With teens and adults, I provide a thoughtful, collaborative space to explore emotions, build insight, and develop practical coping strategies.
Across all ages, I focus on:
-
Helping clients feel emotionally safe and supported
-
Encouraging healthy expression of thoughts and feelings
-
Supporting emotional regulation and coping skills
-
Building confidence and resilience
-
Strengthening relationships and communication
