Graduate Counseling Interns

Devon is a master’s-level counseling intern at Houston Christian University, where she is pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is honored to be part of the Life Chapters Counseling team and to support children, adolescents, and adults in their therapeutic journey. Devon brings experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she worked closely with children to support emotional regulation, communication skills, and individualized treatment goals under clinical supervision. This experience has helped her develop a calm, patient, and client-centered approach to care. She is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents and is excited to continue developing her skills in Play Therapy throughout her clinical training. Devon strives to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged in their growth.
